Chelsea Hicks is the Chief of Staff at Spring Point Partners, a social impact organization that invests in transformational leaders, networks and solutions to power community change and advance justice. At Spring Point, she leads organization-wide initiatives across strategy, internal learning, and special projects. Prior to Spring Point, she served as a strategy consultant at Fairmount Ventures and as a special assistant to the President at Swarthmore College. She started her career in the investment office at Swarthmore where she honed her knowledge of institutional investing in the endowment and foundation space. In all her work, Chelsea serves as an optimistic thought partner, equity champion, and solutions-oriented team player. Beyond professional achievements, Chelsea actively contributes to social impact through her roles at the Samuel S. Fels Fund and the Philadelphia Black Giving Circle.
