Quanisha Green

Quanisha Green is a nonprofit and community leader with more than two decades of experience in youth development, leadership cultivation, and community engagement across Philadelphia. Her work has centered on creating equitable opportunities for historically marginalized communities through relationship-building, strategic partnerships, and people-centered programming. She is deeply committed to developing leaders, strengthening communities, and advancing initiatives that improve quality of life and access to opportunity.

Quanisha holds a Master of Social Service degree (M.S.W) from Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research, where she concentrated in Community Practice, Policy, and Advocacy. She is also an alumna of the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied Sociology. In addition to her professional leadership, she is a passionate advocate for wellness, personal transformation, and sustainable self-care. Through her own health and fitness journey, she has become a voice for discipline, resilience, and holistic well-being, inspiring others to pursue growth both personally and professionally. Her approach to leadership is grounded in authenticity, accountability, and the belief that strong communities are built through collective care and empowered people.
