Securing Equitable Public Education for All
The Education Law Center works to ensure access to a quality public education for all children in Pennsylvania. They actively advocate on behalf of the most vulnerable students — children living in poverty, children of color, children in the foster care and juvenile justice systems, children with disabilities, English Language Learners, LGBTQ students, and children experiencing homelessness.

- ELC has a strong track record of winning cases
- Through listening to the experiences of public school students and their families, they build cases to advocate for more equitable laws, policies and practices that can positively affect the entire system
- They are strong collaborators on several coalitions of advocacy and grassroots organizing groups
